Empty tank weight confirmation, size check, sealing test

2. Stacking test

3. Lifting test by forklift

Lifting and lowering the tank each twice by using the forklift. No loss of contents, no deformation of tank.

4. Vibration test

Use the professional vibration test platform for 1 hour vibration test, more than 25mm amplitude.

5. Drop test

Drop the fully loaded tank from 1.4m height, no leakage

6. Air tightness test
Inject compressed air into the tank until the pressure gauge reaches 0.2MPa and keep it for 10 minutes. No leakage at welding and thread.
