After receiving your inquiry, our sales engineer will respond within 24 hours to understand your application requirements and technical specifications.

Based on your requirements, we will provide a detailed quotation and preliminary product drawings for your review.

If you already have drawings, we are happy to work directly from them. We support custom manufacturing, OEM, and ODM projects.

Before production begins, our engineering team will review all technical details, production requirements, delivery schedule, and certification needs with you.

Once the design is fully confirmed, we will proceed with manufacturing.

Sample orders are also welcome, and we ensure that mass production quality will fully match the approved sample.

Quality control is implemented throughout the entire production process.

Raw materials are sourced from large-scale certified stainless steel mills and supplied with material certificates.

Our welders have 10+ years of professional welding experience.

Production supervision is managed by engineers with nearly 30 years of industry experience.

Quality inspections are conducted at multiple stages of production.

Third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, etc.) and live video inspections are available upon request.

Your dedicated sales engineer will also provide regular production updates, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.

Each finished product undergoes a full inspection process, including:

• Dimensional inspection
• Visual inspection
• Welding inspection
• Leak testing
• Airtightness testing
• Pressure tests (hydrostatic or pneumatic) are conducted according to design and operating pressure requirements.
• Additional testing such as detection liquid flaw detection test can also be arranged if required.

Inspection photos and videos will be shared for your confirmation before packaging.

Packaging is arranged according to shipment type:

Full container shipments: protected with stretch film and reinforced cardboard

LCL shipments: packed in durable wooden crates for additional protection

Before container sealing, we provide photos and videos of the loading process.

We work with experienced freight partners and support international trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP.

Before shipment arrival, we will prepare all necessary documents for customs clearance to assist you or your logistics partner.

After delivery, we remain available to support installation, operation, and maintenance questions.

Warranty: 12 months

Replacement parts for quality issues will be shipped via international express.

Even after the warranty period, we provide lifetime technical support. All product records are archived, allowing us to assist with spare parts, technical data, or cost-price replacements when needed.
