BX (Baoxiang) offers premium stainless steel storage and transportation solutions, specifically designed to preserve the flavor, aroma, and purity of fruit juices, juice concentrates, wines, and spirits.
Our tanks combine the hygiene of fixed production vessels with the flexibility of mobile IBC containers, ensuring that your products are completely free from contamination risks during transportation-whether on-site or across the globe.
- Certified Grade-1 Materials: We source stainless steel (SS304/SS316L) exclusively from globally renowned and certified major steel mills (such as Zhangpu and TISCO). Each batch of material comes with a material certificate, ensuring 100% traceability and compliance with international food safety standards.
- High-Purity Mirror Polishing: To meet stringent hygiene requirements, we offer optional high-precision mirror polishing (Ra < 0.4μm). This ultra-smooth interior surface prevents dirt buildup, minimizes bacterial growth, and makes cleaning easy and efficient.
- Open Quality Inspection: We welcome and support third-party inspections (TPI) at any stage during or after production, such as by SGS, BV, or TÜV. Our "full-process transparency" policy means you can verify weld quality, material thickness, and pressure test results at any time.
