1. Material Customization: Accurately Matching Medium Characteristics to Protect the Original Flavor

Soy Sauce Fermentation Special: 316L stainless steel is selected, which contains molybdenum to enhance high-salt corrosion resistance, avoiding tank rust affecting the color and flavor of soy sauce, and complying with GB 4806.9 food contact stainless steel standards .

Vinegar Fermentation Special: Acid-resistant reinforced 316L stainless steel is used, combined with PTFE gaskets to resist long-term erosion of acetic acid, prevent metal ion dissolution, and meet the hygiene standards for edible vinegar .

Wine Fermentation Special: The basic model uses food-grade 304 stainless steel, and the high-end model can choose 316L material; the inner wall is finely polished with 400#, reducing wine residue and oxidation, and retaining the original grape aroma .

All raw materials are purchased from state-recognized large steel mills, with Material Test Certificates (MTC) provided. Secondary verification is conducted through spectral analysis before entering the factory to ensure safety from the source .
