For industries with strict requirements on material storage and smooth drainage, the discharge cleanliness of materials inside the container is crucial. Our stainless steel tanks allow cone bottom angle adjustment based on material viscosity, with standard raw materials being 304 or 316L stainless steel.
The commonly used angles are 60° or 70°, which completely eliminate residue accumulation and ensure over 99% material discharge efficiency-this is particularly critical for the storage of high-value chemicals, food-grade raw materials, and viscous liquids.
These tanks adopt TIG welding technology and feature 400# internal polishing, fully complying with hygiene standards. They are highly suitable for the dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
The tank capacity ranges from 100 Liters to 20,000 Liters. Depending on the capacity and size, reinforced column supports or enclosed ladders can be equipped. Optional CIP (Clean-in-Place) spray balls and pressure/vacuum relief valves further simplify daily maintenance. Backed by TUV, WSF, and PED certifications, our tanks outperform competitors in leak-proof performance and durability.
